Ocado: new customer journey
Fledgling Ocado customers are offered a free bottle of champagne or a free box of chocolates with their fifth shop. They also need a few pointers to make shopping as smooth as possible. In order to communicate about both their free gift choice and hints and tips, customers are sent emails regularly between delivery number one and their fourth delivery.
I created a visual email style that reflected the Ocado brand, made their potential free gift look appealing and helped to clearly communicate what action the customer had to take.
